A Brothers Milling is proudly owned and operated by a minority woman. Lydia Hidalgo is an El Paso native who entered the heavy highway construction industry in late 2008; utilizing her safety construction experience she bridged both industries to create what is now a sought out milling company.   Her passion and work ethic have made a difference, and she has continued to have a reputable reputation within the industry.
